The necks aren't too thick...but they definitely get noticeably thicker as u get to the higher frets. I'd say somewhere between a strat neck and LP. |

Yea, for my purposes and style I really like the single coils more than hums. I felt like i've played most types of setups out there except rare vintage guitars...the Dynas really match what I would imagine as good tone through my setup (vox nighttrain, timmy, lovepedal eternity). I guess it's just personal preference. I'd say one of the biggest factors for people to pay attention to is the height of the poles in the pickups themselves. People forget that they can adjust the warmth just by adjusting them. I can't even begin to describe the hours I've sat down and made adjustments to each pole then play through my ODs just to find the right sweet spot so it's not too Tele-twangy and yet not too humbuckery... |

Thanks for the comments, I invest now for the future blessing of bringing more people to Christ and to church. It's also a blessing being a part of a few recordings here and there to reinforce that I didn't just waste a whole bunch of money, but that it is being put to good use.
I've gotta figure out how to do some good recordings to share with ya guys! |
